A Brio challenge · 101 days
Allocate a finite acquisition budget
Compare channel reach at different budgets and setup speeds. Account for saturation and the remaining delivery window before scaling expenditure. Agency customers are adding workspaces faster than approval coverage. A few large clients account for a disproportionate share of channel growth. Keep at least 45% of opening paid customers through the closing window. Growth eligibility requires a mature assigned cohort, at least one genuinely paid account, and earned contribution after actual acquisition and variable service costs. No free-form pitch is scored.
